Coming up on version 0.8, we've added a whole new set of features and new vehicle parts, including gun pods, which shoot paintballs.
The game already supports multiple different types of weapons, which use different ammo types. Coming up are two new gun pods: one low caliber fast-shooting machine gun, and one high caliber, slower-firing autocannon. More weapon types are going to be added in later updates.
Multiplayer dogfighting is not only going to be possible in v0.8, it is actually just the first of many features we are adding to support combat gameplay in Balsa.
Additionally, we've also got a new set of fighter-style parts, including a single-seater bubble canopy cockpit, so you can create aircraft designed for aerial combat.
